Salman Khan returned to host the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 19, which kicked off with a drama-filled task assigned by Bigg Boss himself. Titled the “Thumbnail Task,” housemates were asked to name the contestant they felt was the most inactive in tasks and discussions—essentially, someone who doesn’t express their opinions clearly.
While several names like Kunickaa Sadanand, Tanya Mittal, and Ashnoor Kaur came up, Gaurav Khanna topped the list. Baseer Ali specifically called him out, leading to a heated exchange between the two. Meanwhile, tensions flared as Amaal Mallik and Awez Darbar got into a fierce argument. Amaal snapped, “Tum apna darbar sambhalo, hum maalik bante hai,” adding fuel to the fire. Neelam Giri also clashed with Awez after he insinuated that her role in the house was limited to the kitchen.
When Salman entered the house, Tanya Mittal complimented his new look for Battle of Galwan. Keeping the mood light initially, Salman asked Farrhana Bhatt to dance and mimic Tanya. However, things quickly turned serious as he addressed Gaurav’s lack of involvement in the game.
“Dikhte nhi ho” Abe jamal tu pura time smoking room me fukta rahta h to dhuae me kaise dikhenge be #PranitMore and #AwezDarbar ne sahi bjae eski “pahle bina baat ke bajega phir har camera pakad ke sorry bolega”#BiggBoss

Despite praising Gaurav for being a fan-favorite television hero, Salman didn’t mince words. He called out the actor for constantly excusing himself from tasks, especially the recent captaincy challenge, citing an old injury. Salman urged Gaurav to stop being a passive player and start voicing his opinions. He bluntly compared him to “an empty and useless sack sitting in a corner.”
Gaurav promised to take the criticism seriously and step up. Salman also addressed Mridul Tiwari’s lackluster screen presence, warning him to take the game more seriously going forward.
The episode highlighted rising tensions and shifting dynamics, setting the tone for a fiery week ahead in the Bigg Boss house.
