The second Weekend Ka Vaar of Bigg Boss 19 turned fiery as the host Salman Khan presented contestants with a harsh reality check, targeting music composer Amaal Mallik in particular. The episode turned out to be one of the most explosive of the season as Salman criticized housemates openly for laziness, bad manners, and foul language.
Salman Slams Housemates for Oversleeping
Salman started off by scolding contestants for sleeping too much. “This is not fair, Bigg Boss. The contestants are on a holiday and I am working with hardly 3-4 hours of sleep,” he complained, obviously annoyed. In a sarcastic dig, he continued, “Even Khali didn’t sleep so much when he was in the house!”
Amaal Mallik Faces the Heat
Amaal Mallik was right in the line of fire. Despite being warned time and again, the composer continued to sleep during the day. Salman questioned his dedication, questioning, “Amaal, what am I to you?” When Amaal replied calling him a father figure, Salman lashed out, saying, “Then where is your responsibility? Did you come here to sleep? Is your bed at home not comfortable enough?”
Salman further accused Amaal of disappearing into the background despite his promise to show the “real Amaal,” adding, “You’re behaving like a background artiste.”
Abusive Language and Attitude Criticised
The host didn’t shy away from addressing the contestants’ use of foul language either. He reminded them that the show is watched 24/7 and their words affect public perception. “You’re here to make your careers, not ruin them,” he warned.
Coffee as a Wake-Up Call
To conclude, Salman gave coffee to Ashnoor Kaur, Awez Darbar, Nagma Mirajkar, Amaal Mallik, and Gaurav Khanna, telling them, “Wake up and smell the coffee before it’s too late.”
