Television stars Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra have been in the spotlight ever since their romance began on Bigg Boss 15. Now, fresh buzz suggests that the beloved couple may be preparing to tie the knot in 2026. During her recent appearance on Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast, Tejasswi addressed the rumours with a candid smile. “Haan, aise bol toh rahe hain… aisi baatein toh hum kar rahe hain, but then let’s see,” she said, hinting that wedding conversations are indeed happening, though nothing is final yet.
In the same conversation, Tejasswi revealed that Karan Kundrra had actually proposed to her soon after Bigg Boss 15 ended. However, her mother advised the couple to take things slow. She shared that while her parents liked Karan immediately, her mother felt they needed time outside the reality-show environment to understand each other in the real world. “It’s not that she doubted Karan,” Tejasswi explained. “But she said even she didn’t fully know me. She felt both of us needed some time.”
Tejasswi also opened up about her warm equation with Karan’s family, describing them as sweet and genuine. She revealed that both she and Karan had agreed early in their relationship that there would be no pressure from either side for parental approval. They wanted the bond to grow naturally without the stress of trying to impress anyone. The actress believes that turning love into a compulsion hampers its natural flow, and she was determined to stay true to herself.

Laughing, she shared that she had honestly told Karan’s family that she wakes up late, doesn’t know how to cook, and cannot even make tea—yet they appreciated her authenticity. For now, the couple is taking things at their own pace, but fans are eagerly waiting to see if 2026 will indeed be the year TejRan says “I do.”
