Television actress Hina Khan, who is undergoing treatment for breast cancer, recently made a pilgrimage to Mecca to perform Umrah during the current Ramadan. Her pilgrimage to the holy city moved her fans to tears because she posted previews of her spiritual experience on Instagram. Hina, who is famous for her performance on Bigg Boss 11 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 8, continues to inspire through her determination and resilience during this difficult period.
Hina’s Spiritual Experience in Mecca
In a series of blog posts, Hina posted a variety of images and videos from her trip. She was dressed in a green ensemble and sunglasses as she was captured offering prayers and contemplating in serene moments. Perhaps the most emotional image was one of her hands, with Hina captioning, “Shifa,” an expression of hope for healing. She also posted another picture where she was sitting in a secluded corner, praying. Hina also posted a video that showed the throng at Mecca, thanking the moment by captioning it, “The perfect timing.”
Acknowledging the Support and Blessings
In a touching caption, Hina had thanked Allah for the chance to go to Mecca, posting, “Thank you for inviting me Allah… overwhelmed and speechless.” She also wished for full healing, posting, “May Allah give me complete Shifa Ameen.” Her brother had traveled with her, and Hina had geotagged the location as Makkah Masjid-al-Haram, posting additional personal moments on her Instagram Stories with captions such as “Thankful, grateful, blessed.”
Hina’s Health Journey
In July 2024, Hina openly revealed her breast cancer diagnosis to fans and promised them that her treatment had begun. Even after her continuous treatment, she recently featured in the web series Griha Laxmi, where she portrayed Laxmi, a housewife turned drug lord. Her bravery in both her personal and professional life continues to inspire many.
