In the last episode, Sid gets severely injured when a goon hits him on his head. Later, the doctors admit Sid to the hospital as he faints while trying to save Ishani from the goons.

Dr. Ishani is in love…yes, you heard it right Dr. Ishani (Surbhi Chandna)is in love with Dr. Sid. (Namit Khanna). After Sid is severely injured when a goon attacks him. For saving Dr.Ishani. Ishani soon realizes that no one does something for her before.
She feels something and that is love for him. Love is soon going to blossom in Sanjivani. We can't keep waiting for this love story to start.
The show also features Mohnish Bahl as Dr. Shashank Gupta and Gurdeep Kohli as Dr Juhi from the original cast of 2002’s show.
