But the success story of this struggling actress is built on the foundation of hard work, emotional resilience, and appreciation towards her family.
In an open interview on Nayandeep Rakshit’s YouTube podcast, Tejasswi spoke about the initial stages of her life and career, exposing that economic stress at one point overwhelmed her. “I was at a place in life where I wanted to earn money above everything else,” she said. “But I never crossed my values. I just happened to turn actor, which I enjoyed doing, and then somehow the money issues were taken care of.”
Placing Family First
Tejasswi also remembered making a sincere vow to herself early on after she began earning, her mom would not have to work anymore. “There was no need for her to carry on because we had house staff,” she said. Describing her childhood, she further added, “There was never a shortage, but we knew things were being sacrificed. That’s something that I never want to see again.”
Shining Beyond Television
Widening her horizon, Tejasswi recently also took part in the first season of Celebrity MasterChef India, where she proved herself to be a good cook and became the 2nd runner-up, with judges and audiences also praising her.
