You might be aware that John Abraham had replaced Akshay Kumar in the upcoming film WELCOME BACK. And now, he (along with Abhishek Bachchan) will also be seen in HERA PHERI 3 instead of Akshay Kumar.

When asked the actor about replacing Akshay in not one but two films, he says, “I was the first one to call up Akshay when I signed WELCOME BACK. He was very happy and said that it’s a great film to do. I also informed him that I’m doing HERA PHERI 3. We have done films like GARAM MASALA, HOUSEFULL 2 and DESY BOYZ and he’s a great friend. There’s no animosity between us and we enjoy working with each other. We both are very happy for each other.”

Directed by Neeraj Vora and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala, HERA PHERI 3 also stars Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty and is currently in the pre-production stage.
