Known for her exceptional performance as in LISTEN… AMAYA, Swara Bhaskar will yet again enthrall her fans with a breakthrough performance in YRF’s AURANGZEB, directed by Atul Sabharwal. The film also stars Rishi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Sasheh Aagha.

When we asked Swara about AURANGZEB and her exact role, she told us, ”AURANGZEB is an action thriller, but it also has a lot of family drama. I am opposite Prithviraj and play his wife Suman in the film. Actually, it is a very interesting role. Initially it appears that my character is very quiet and subdued. In fact I bring some relief during the tense proceedings. But then there is a twist in the end, where I demonstrate a piece of mind in a very important scene towards the climax.”

What about the director and other cast members? We ask Swara, and she added, ”Atul is a very good director. He has an ensemble cast in AURANGZEB and he has done justice to all. I am especially thrilled in getting a chance to work with Rishi Kapoor, who is also my favourite actor.”
With the expectations soaring sky high, here is hoping that AURANGZEB opens to good houses when it releases this Friday.
