Azealia Banks just sent her legion of fans into a shock.
The American rapper began trending on social media after she shared a disturbing video of herself digging up her dead pet cat Lucifer and boiling it, reports Dailymail.
In a series of since-deleted videos which she shared posted on Instagram, the 29-year-old musician and a friend can be seen digging up her dead cat, who died last year.
“Lucifer 2009-2020. My Dear kitty. Thank you for everything. A legend. An icon. Forever a serval serve,” Azealia Banks captioned the post

The gruesome video begins with a pair of hands digging up in the soil in which she can be heard laughing before yelling “The cat is in the bag.”
Another clip shows a pot filled with boiling liquid in which the singer appears to be boiling the bones of the dead animal.
Azealia Banks also posted footage of a collection of items that included what was presumably the cat’s skull, a $100 bill, a bottle of champagne, a bottle of Chanel No. 5 perfume, and a crucifix in a pink pot among other items, per Dailymail.
Many of her fans were left spooked by the bizarre videos with a social media users reacting with a series of memes, jokes and messages of disgust.
“Someone help her,” one terrified fan wrote.
“Azelia is not well. That’s it really,” added a Twitter user.
Another commented, “Sad and disgusting.”
“We’re all begging you, please get help,” a concerned fan added.
This is not the first time she has shocked her followers. In 2016, Azealia Banks faced criticism for sharing a video of herself cleaning up a closet drenched with blood and chicken feathers, which she had apparently used for a sacrificial ritual, reports Monster&Critics.
