Samantha Ruth Prabhu has not really stepped into the public eye often, but each time she arrived, it was grand. Dressed in a beautiful attire, she graced a college function in Chennai on February 16. She broke into an impromptu dance on her song Dippam Dappam, the hit number from Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal, her 2022 film along with Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.
Dance Performance with Pizzazz
One of the videos that went viral was that of Samantha taking her performance with a battalion of dancers. The whistling and clapping resonating through the crowd made it a goosebump moment; a pep rally for the students who witnessed her energy and panache on stage.
Samantha shared gorgeous pictures of her outfit via social media before the event. The actress wore an elegant white outfit, having a tassel skirt and an oversized green belt that added a breath of chic contrast. On her post, she quoted the line of lyrics Scared of Loving You by Selena Gomez, which left her in admiration of the US singer. She tagged lyrics for life and Selena Gomez in her post.
Forthcoming Projects
Samantha was last seen on screen with Yashoda, Shaakuntalam, and Kushi. She was last seen in her work with Varun Dhawan in Prime Video’s Citadel-Honey Bunny, whose performance had garnered her good reviews.
She is currently involved with Raj and DK’s new series, Rakt Bramhand, co-starring Ali Fazal, Aditya Roy Kapoor, and Wamiqa Gabbi. The actress is already underway with the shooting of the series, as everyone waits for her next big debut.
