The British psychological thriller, which is directed by Daphne Schmon, features Shruti and The Last Kingdom actor Mark Rowley. In The Eye, Shruti portrays Diana, a woman in search of answers following the unexplained drowning of her husband, Felix, while on their holiday on a secluded island. As she grapples for closure, Diana is pulled into the island’s dark secrets, such as the myth of the Evil Eye. The trailer promises creepy rituals and psychological horror themes, making it a thrilling cinematic experience. The movie will have its premiere in Mumbai at the 5th Wench Film Festival.
