Tejasswi’s Culinary Redemption
In a recent episode, Tejasswi made a fish dish with gongura masala, mango sauce, and sweet potato tuile. The dish was appreciated by all three judges Vikas Khanna, Farah Khan, and Ranveer Brar. Vikas thought the dish was spicy but delicious, and Ranveer was completely impressed, saying that Tejasswi had “redeemed herself” with this dish. Farah Khan, who had reprimanded Tejasswi earlier in an episode for lacking effort in preparing her dish, openly apologized for her criticism. She kissed Tejasswi’s hands and complimented her, saying, “You’re one step away from opening your own restaurant.” Chef Ranveer Brar supplemented, “One from finale,” accepting her journey towards being at the final level.
