Social media users were quick to notice that Gaurav’s dessert was very similar to one prepared by Swiss chef Dives Josh. The dessert had already been shared on Dives’ Instagram. The resemblance was too striking, and it was not left unaddressed. Dives Josh took a slight jab at Gaurav and the show by posting the promo clip on his Instagram story with the caption, “Well done, so creative…” and accompanied it with a cheeky emoji. He also posted an image of his original dessert and tagged it “the original.”
