The much-awaited trailer for Bhool Chuk Maaf is finally out, and it delivers a delightful mix of romance, chaos, and career crossroads. Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi headline this quirky romantic comedy that explores the tug-of-war between love and professional ambitions, all wrapped in a fantastical twist.
Unveiled on April 10, the makers took to Instagram to share the trailer with a playful caption: “Titli hai Ranjan ka pyaar; par haldi par atka hai uska sansaar… Get ready for a bhasad wali shaadi where everything goes wrong… #BhoolChukMaafTrailer Out Now. In cinemas on 9th May.”

A Varanasi Love Story with a Twist
Set in the colorful city of Varanasi, the film follows Ranjan, a hopeless romantic who goes to great lengths to marry his beloved Titli—including landing a coveted government job. But just when everything seems to be falling into place, fate plays a trick on him. On the day of their wedding, Ranjan finds himself stuck in a time loop, forced to relive the same day over and over again.
As chaos unfolds, Ranjan must figure out why the universe—or as hinted, Mahadev—has paused his life. What lesson must he learn to break free and finally move forward with his love story?
A Fresh Pairing and a Maddock-Style Comedy
Bhool Chuk Maaf marks the first on-screen collaboration between Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, bringing fresh energy to the genre. Directed by Karan Sharma, and presented by Dinesh Vijan in association with Amazon MGM Studios, the film carries the signature Maddock Films charm, known for hits like Luka Chuppi and Zara Hatke Zara Bachke.
The romantic comedy will hit theatres on May 9, 2025.
