The trailer for highly anticipated action-comedy Heads of State has arrived, and it hints at an electrifying ride full of action, humor, and global suspense. Starring Priyanka Chopra, John Cena, Idris Elba, and Jack Quaid in important roles, the film is helmed by Ilya Naishuller.
A Political Disaster Becomes a Global Rescue Mission
The movie runs an explosive plot where the President of the U.S. (John Cena) and the Prime Minister of the UK (Idris Elba) find themselves stuck in enemy territory as their plane gets attacked during flight. As situations get heated, the two commanding leaders are compelled to set aside their differences to avoid causing a catastrophe worldwide.

Step forward Priyanka Chopra as Noel Bisset, a tough MI6 agent on a mission to save the trapped leaders and break the broader conspiracy. In the trailer, Chopra is amazing with her action entry, eliminating armed foes and announcing, “A lot of people want you dead. My mission is to deliver you to the most secure location on this continent.”
A Power-Packed Cast and Multilingual Release
In addition to the top three, the movie boasts a top-notch supporting cast that includes Paddy Considia, Stephen Root, Carla Gugino, Sarah Niles, and Jack Quaid. Interestingly, Heads of State also reunites Cena with Elba, who worked together on The Suicide Squad (2021) for the first time.
The movie will launch globally on Prime Video on July 2, and release in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
