His intense look reminded fans of his Alauddin Khilji avatar from Padmaavat. Standing nearby in the same clip was Sanjay Dutt, dressed in a white pathani kurta with a shawl.

The film also features an ensemble cast including R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal.
