Salman Khan is in the news once again this time for a dramatic makeover that left everyone from his fans to critics stunned. A recently leaked photograph of the actor flaunting a thick moustache and roughed-up avatar has generated buzz for his next venture, which is reportedly a film on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict.
Playing a Real-Life Hero
Sources indicate that Salman will essay Colonel B Santosh Babu, the commanding officer of the 16th Bihar regiment at the time of the confrontation with Chinese troops. It is the actor’s first full-length role of a real-life army officer, a stark change from his previous military roles in Heroes and Jai Ho.
For the rugged role, Salman is reportedly intense physical training and adhering strictly to a diet to get under the skin of the character naturally.
