For context, fans had previously noticed that Virat had ‘liked’ one of Avneet’s Instagram posts. The incident went viral, prompting Kohli to issue a clarification: “While clearing my feed, it appears the algorithm may have mistakenly registered an interaction. There was absolutely no intent behind it.”
While the explanation from the cricketer was designed to put paid to the rumors, the internet was not convinced and this latest incident has only fueled the flames.
