BLACKPINK’s Jisoo is making headlines once again — this time for her impressive new real estate purchase in Gangnam, Seoul, one of South Korea’s most elite neighborhoods. According to reports from Koreaboo and other outlets on October 29, the singer and actress has bought a luxurious residence in L’ARBRE 27, a newly built high-end villa complex known for its exclusivity and modern design.
The project reportedly featured only 27 units, all of which have now been completely sold out. Among its soon-to-be residents are Jisoo and Bang Si-hyuk, the founder of HYBE, making the BLACKPINK star and the K-pop mogul soon-to-be neighbors. The property is being described as one of Gangnam’s most expensive and prestigious addresses, featuring two buildings that rise seven floors above ground with five floors underground for amenities and parking.
Reports suggest that penthouse units in the complex were priced at around 45 billion KRW (approximately USD 31.6 million), while the regular units were sold for around 20 billion KRW (about USD 14 million). The complex is still under construction but is expected to set new standards for luxury living in Seoul.

This new purchase adds to Jisoo’s growing real estate portfolio. She already owns a property at Hannam The Hill, one of Korea’s most sought-after addresses — home to celebrities like BTS’s Jin and actor So Ji Sub. She also owns an office space in the same area for her independent label BLISSOO, which she co-founded with her brother.
As she continues to build her wealth through smart investments, Jisoo remains equally focused on her music and acting career, touring the world with her BLACKPINK bandmates — Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa — while exploring new ventures as a solo artist and entrepreneur.
