Looking ahead, Shah Rukh Khan will next appear in the film King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film also includes Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Raghav Juyal, Arshad Warsi, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Saurabh Shukla. It is planned to release in theatres on December 24.
He is also expected to be part of Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, where he may share screen space with Rajinikanth for the first time.
