The upcoming biopic will be directed by Nishil Sheth, who is known for his award winning debut film Bhasmasur. The director said he was deeply moved by Lone’s journey and wanted to tell a story that goes beyond cricket or disability.
According to Sheth, the film will focus on the strength of the human spirit and the courage it takes to keep moving forward despite difficult circumstances. He shared that what inspired him most was Lone’s refusal to let physical limitations define his life or stop him from achieving success.

The film is being produced by Manjusha Paithankar and Sachin Paithankar under Aarambh Productions along with Sameer Dixit and Rishikesh Bhirangi of Pickle Entertainment. The project is co produced by M. S. Khan while Yogesh Karikurve serves as the creative producer.
