Samantha Ruth Prabhu has shared a collection of photos from her babymoon in Hua Hin, Thailand, where she is spending quality time with her husband, filmmaker Raj Nidimoru. The actor, who is currently on maternity leave, gave fans a look at her peaceful vacation through a series of pictures that highlighted wellness, relaxation and special moments with her family.
The photos show Samantha enjoying a calm break after the promotions of her latest film. During the trip, she spent time enjoying healthy meals, relaxing with spa therapies, staying active through exercise sessions and exploring the scenic locations around Hua Hin. Several pictures also show Samantha proudly displaying her baby bump, while one of the most loved images captures her warmly hugging Raj Nidimoru from behind.
One of the photos also reflects how Samantha is staying connected with work even during her break. She is seen holding an iPad displaying a poster celebrating the ₹100 crore box office success of Maa Inti Bangaaram. The film has been an important milestone in her career and the picture hints at her happiness over its success.
Sharing the pictures on social media, Samantha wrote, “Wellness has always been my favourite kind of travel (sic).”
Earlier, during one of the success events for Maa Inti Bangaaram, Samantha had confirmed that she would be taking a break from acting after announcing her pregnancy. Speaking about her plans, she had said, “After Maa Inti Bangaaram, I will have to take a small gap, given my condition. I’ll have to take maternity leave. After that, I’ll be back with another film for my fans.”
Samantha is expecting her first child with Raj Nidimoru later this year. The couple got married in December 2025 in a private yogic ceremony held at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. They have largely kept their personal life away from the public eye while occasionally sharing glimpses of special moments with their fans.
On the professional front, Samantha was last seen in Maa Inti Bangaaram, a women led action drama that she also co produced along with Raj Nidimoru and Himank Reddy Duvvuru. Made on a modest budget, the film went on to collect more than ₹100 crore at the box office, becoming an important success for the team.
