Maa Inti Bangaaram Sees Big Jump On Day 3, Crosses Rs. 23 Crore In Opening Weekend

Maa Inti Bangaaram earned Rs. 23.25 crore in India and Rs. 37.35 crore worldwide during its opening weekend, led by strong numbers in AP and TS.

Maa Inti Bangaaram has recorded a strong opening weekend at the box office. The Samantha starrer action comedy collected Rs. 10 crore on Day 3, marking a 30 per cent increase compared to its Saturday collections. With this growth, the film’s total collection for its first three days reached Rs. 23.25 crore gross in India.

The Telugu film is performing best in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where it has received the majority of its earnings. According to the reported figures, the film collected around Rs. 18 crore gross from the two Telugu speaking states alone. Out of this, the Nizam region contributed Rs. 10.25 crore, while the Andhra region added Rs. 6 crore. The Ceded area contributed Rs. 1.75 crore to the total.

Apart from its home market, Maa Inti Bangaaram has also generated collections from other parts of the country. Karnataka emerged as the strongest market outside Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, contributing around Rs. 3.75 crore gross. The film collected approximately Rs. 80 lakh from Tamil Nadu and Kerala combined, while the rest of India added around Rs. 60 lakh to the overall total.

Directed by B V Nandini Reddy and backed by Samantha and Raj Nidimoru, the film has also registered encouraging numbers in overseas markets. The movie earned around USD 1.5 million internationally, which translates to approximately Rs. 14.20 crore gross.

Combining domestic and overseas earnings, Maa Inti Bangaaram has achieved a worldwide gross collection of Rs. 37.35 crore during its opening weekend. The strong performance in Telugu states, along with support from overseas audiences, has helped the film post healthy numbers within its first three days of release.

The regional breakdown of collections stands at Rs. 18.00 crore from AP and TS, including Rs. 10.25 crore from Nizam, Rs. 1.75 crore from Ceded and Rs. 6.00 crore from Andhra. Karnataka contributed Rs. 3.75 crore, while Tamil Nadu and Kerala added Rs. 0.80 crore. The rest of India accounted for Rs. 0.60 crore.

With an India gross of Rs. 23.15 crore and overseas earnings of USD 1.5 million or Rs. 14.20 crore, the film’s worldwide gross currently stands at Rs. 37.35 crore. The coming weekdays will now determine how strongly the movie continues its run at the box office.
