Tiger Shroff recently shared a dance video on social media where he paid tribute to Michael Jackson. In the video, Tiger is seen performing on the iconic song Billie Jean, recreating some of the legendary moves associated with the King of Pop.
The actor performed steps like the moonwalk and leg shuffle, which are closely linked to Michael Jackson’s style. Through this performance, Tiger highlighted the influence the pop star has had on his own dancing journey. Sharing the video, he wrote, “He taught me everything I know about movement. About presence. About what it means to give a stage everything you have,”
Along with the video, Tiger also tagged the upcoming biopic based on Michael Jackson’s life. The film, titled Michael, will focus on the singer’s early life and career. It will cover the time when he was part of the Jackson 5 in the 1960s and his journey into becoming a solo artist. In the film, Michael Jackson will be played by his nephew Jaafar Jackson. The cast also includes actors like Nia Long, Laura Harrier, Miles Teller, and Colman Domingo. The film is scheduled to release on April 24.
Tiger Shroff started his acting career with the film Heropanti in 2014. He later became known for action films like Baaghi, Baaghi 2, and War. While some of his recent films have not performed well, he continues to remain popular for his fitness and dance skills.
His most recent film is Baaghi 4, directed by A. Harsha. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu, and Sonam Bajwa. It is part of the Baaghi film series and is inspired by the 2013 Tamil film Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu.
