Aishwarya Rai and her daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, were recently seen leaving India, and shortly afterward, Aishwarya was spotted enjoying a holiday in New York. A fan named Jerée Reyna shared a photograph with Aishwarya on Instagram, expressing her joy at meeting her idol for the second time. Jerée captioned the photo, “Meeting your idol twice in one lifetime deserves a spot on the grid swipe to see me at my most unhinged.” The picture was taken at what appears to be a restaurant, and Jerée also posted an older photo of herself with Aishwarya.
In her heartfelt post, Jerée thanked Aishwarya for the positive impact she has had on her life, writing, “Aish, thank you for always being so kind to me. You listened so intently as I told you about the impact you’ve had in my life. It was always my dream to thank you for it. I wish you all the happiness and joy in this world .” Fans of Aishwarya were thrilled to see her smiling in the photos. When asked how she met the actress, Jerée revealed in the comments that Aishwarya had visited her workplace while on holiday.
While Aishwarya enjoys her time in New York with Aaradhya, her husband Abhishek Bachchan remains in Mumbai. He was recently seen playing football with other Bollywood celebrities and attended the funeral of filmmaker Farah Khan’s mother. Earlier this month, Aishwarya and Abhishek attended the wedding of Anant Ambani, the son of business tycoons Mukesh and Nita Ambani, in Mumbai. Though they arrived separately, they were seen together with the Bachchan family, including Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, and Shweta Bachchan.
On the professional front, Aishwarya was last seen in Mani Ratnam’s films “Ponniyin Selvan 1” and “Ponniyin Selvan 2.” Abhishek was recently featured in the sports drama “Ghoomer” and has upcoming projects including “Be Happy” directed by Remo D’Souza and an untitled film by Shoojit Sircar, set for release on November 15, 2024. He will also appear in “Housefull 5.”
