Jr NTR is all geared up to make his highly awaited Bollywood debut with War 2, and the buzz among fans is taking new heights literally. A day prior to the release of the trailer, Jr NTR’s fans in Melbourne, Australia, organized a stunning tribute by spelling out “NTR War 2” in the sky through flight smoke. The trailer soon went viral after it was posted by a fan page on X (formerly Twitter) and caught worldwide attention and highlighting the star’s large global fan following.
Trailer Releases on July 25, Release Date on August 14
Yash Raj Films (YRF) had recently announced that the War 2 trailer will release on July 25 with the movie releasing on August 14 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. War 2 is directed by Ayan Mukerji and the sixth film in the YRF Spy Universe, after blockbusters such as Pathaan and Tiger 3. It is a follow-up to the 2019 blockbuster War and sees the return of Hrithik Roshan as Kabir, and Jr NTR plays the antagonist.
The starry cast also features Kiara Advani, who returns from maternity leave following the birth of a baby girl with husband Sidharth Malhotra on July 15. Promotional posters of Hrithik, Jr NTR, and Kiara have been released online, hinting at a high-voltage face-off.

What to Expect
The teaser presented the audience with a preview of some serious action sequences, and the trailer is likely to present more suspenseful scenes, including emotional content and unsubstantiated reports of a dance duel between Hrithik and Jr NTR. Strangely enough, the two actors will be marketing the movie independently.
War 2 also sets the stage for Alpha, another film in the spy universe, reportedly featuring Alia Bhatt, though her appearance in War 2 remains unconfirmed.
