Looks like Sidharth Malhotra, who has worked with Akshay Kumar & Jackie Shroff in BROTHERS has learnt a lot from them and is also amazed with them!
When asked Sidharth if there is certain kind of approach he has while working with senior actors, he said, “I think the approach comes from them. It depends on how they set the tone. As compared to them, we younger actors have hardly done any work.
It’s how they would want you to have a relation with them. After school it was now that I remembered cracking so many non-veg Punjabi jokes as Akshay does. So hats off to Akshay sir & Jackie sir & that after working so & being in the industry for so long, they have no qualms of their position, it’s such an amazing quality.”
Sharing his experience on working with his co-stars Akshy Kumar & Jackie Shroff, Sid said, “They’re the easiest & cool guys I’ve ever seen. Jackie sir who’s our in house cool bhidu, he was playing my father (in BROTHERS) but he became like my friend which made it easier to do scenes with him, he loves music, he loves to eat and he is just so easy.
Akshay sir as I’ve said before, I really bonded with him. It was very close-knit, even if the film was not that funny or had so much comedy, Akshay sir’s pranks and Punjabi non-veg jokes used to make it light.”
