Post AGENT VINOD filmmaker Sriram Raghavan will take up his long time pending project HAPPY BIRTHDAY in hands.
Says Sriram, “I have finished certain part of the script. I will reopen it in next two months and get back to it. I have not worked on it for a while.”

Not many know HAPPY BIRTHDAY was to be made before AGENT VINOD. When we probed Sriram, he revealed, “What happened with HAPPY BIRTHDAY is I was ready to shoot it however I was not happy with the climax of HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Somewhere I was not sure of last 20 minutes of the film. Initially I thought I will shoot the climax and leave it but that was too risky. By the time I cracked the climax, I had two other projects in my hands including AGENT VINOD. So I went ahead with the Saif–Kareena starrer.”

Further talking about the film Sriram says HAPPY BIRTHDAY will be a sci-fi film. “HAPPY BIRTHDAY is a science fiction film,” says Sriram.
There was a huge buzz that HAPPY BIRTHDAY will star John Abraham and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. “We wanted John and Aishwarya for the film two and a half years back but now I don’t know the status of the film,” says the director.
Meanwhile Sriram is all geared up for his upcoming release AGENT VINOD starring Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor.
