Ben Affleck Reportedly Gives Jennifer Lopez His Share Of $60 Million Mansion

Ben Affleck reportedly transfers his share of a $60 million mansion to Jennifer Lopez after their divorce, as details of the property deal emerge.

Ben Affleck has reportedly transferred his share of a mansion he owned with his ex wife Jennifer Lopez. As per TMZ, this transfer was done without any payment. The update comes from documents related to their property settlement. These documents mention a “transfer of property among spouses.” While the papers do not clearly explain the details, sources have said that Ben Affleck gave his full share of the house to Jennifer Lopez at no cost. Representatives for both actors have not shared any official comment yet.

The former couple had bought the mansion in Beverly Hills in June 2023 for about $60.85 million. At that time, they were still married. The house is very large, covering around 38,000 square feet. It includes 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and even a basketball court. Reports at the time said that they paid for the house in cash.

However, about a year later, in June, the house was put up for sale. This happened when there were already reports about problems in their marriage. Some earlier reports suggested that Jennifer Lopez felt the house was too big, while Ben Affleck was not very fond of it.

Two months after putting the house on the market, Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce. Later that same summer, Ben Affleck bought another house worth $20.5 million in Pacific Palisades. He reportedly chose this location to be closer to his children, Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13, from his previous marriage to Jennifer Garner.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez officially completed their divorce in January 2025. After that, the future of their Beverly Hills mansion remained unclear, as it was still on the market.
