Man Arrested Outside Travis Kelce’s Home While Trying to Serve Taylor Swift Legal Papers

A man was arrested outside Travis Kelce’s Kansas home after allegedly attempting to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers linked to Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit against Blake Lively. Here’s everything we know

The Incident at Kelce’s Home:

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are no strangers to public attention, but on September 15, things escalated in an unexpected way.

According to reports, a man identified as Justin Lee Fisher, a former police officer turned private investigator, allegedly jumped the fence at Kelce’s Kansas residence in an attempt to serve Swift with deposition papers connected to the ongoing Justin Baldoni-Blake Lively legal battle over It Ends With Us.

Authorities arrested Fisher shortly after the break-in. He now faces charges for trespassing onto private property in a gated neighborhood.

Reports suggest both Swift and Kelce were at home during the incident, raising serious concerns about their safety.

Why Was Taylor Swift Dragged Into This Case?

The bizarre intrusion stems from Baldoni’s attempt to involve Swift in his legal fight with co-star Blake Lively. Baldoni’s legal team argued that Swift was “willing” to appear for a deposition, but her attorneys disputed that, saying she had no material role in the lawsuit.

Swift’s lawyers at Venable LLP clarified that she had not agreed to testify, though her schedule could allow a deposition in late October “if forced.” They emphasized that Swift had nothing to contribute to the ongoing dispute.

A judge also denied Baldoni’s request for a 30-day extension of the discovery deadline, signaling that efforts to depose Swift may be nearing an end.

Swift’s Stance: Focus on Music, Not Legal Drama

Swift, who is preparing for the release of her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl (out October 3), has maintained her distance from the Baldoni-Lively dispute.

Her legal team stressed that she should not be dragged into conflicts that have nothing to do with her career or commitments. For now, Swift’s focus remains on music, with fans anticipating her next big era alongside her very public romance with Kelce.

What Happens Next?

The Baldoni-Lively case is expected to go to trial on March 9, 2026, but it remains unclear if Swift will play any role at all.

Meanwhile, the arrest outside Kelce’s home highlights the security challenges Swift faces as one of the most famous entertainers in the world, especially now that her relationship with Kelce places her under even brighter scrutiny.
