Savannah Guthrie Announces $1 Million Reward in Search for Missing Mother Nancy Guthrie

Savannah Guthrie has offered a family reward of up to $1 million as the search continues for her mother, Nancy Guthrie, who disappeared from her Arizona home in early February.

Savannah Guthrie is making an emotional public appeal as the search for her missing 84-year-old mother, Nancy Guthrie, continues more than three weeks after she vanished from her Arizona home.

The long-time “Today” show co-anchor shared a heartfelt video message in which she announced that her family is offering a reward of up to $1 million for information that could help bring her mother home.

Nancy was last seen on January 31 at her home near Tucson. Law enforcement believes she was taken from the property in the early hours of February 1, and the case has been treated as a criminal investigation.

Surveillance footage released by authorities shows a masked individual outside her home around the time of her disappearance, and investigators later confirmed blood found at the scene belonged to Nancy. Despite these leads, no arrests have been made and the search remains active.

In the emotional video posted on social media, Savannah expressed the intense pain her family has endured while still holding onto hope. She said they “still believe in a miracle” and encouraged anyone who may have information to come forward, reminding viewers that it is “never too late to do the right thing.”

She also acknowledged that there is a possibility her mother may no longer be alive, but stressed the importance of knowing what happened and finding answers for the family.

The $1 million reward offered by the Guthrie family is in addition to a separate reward of $100,000 offered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for information leading to Nancy’s recovery or the arrest of those responsible.

Savannah and her siblings have also made a significant donation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in an effort to support others facing similar tragedies.

Authorities continue to follow leads and review evidence tied to the suspected abduction, and public assistance remains a key part of the investigation.

Nearly 50,000 tips have reportedly been received so far, but Savannah and her family are asking the public to keep sharing any information that might help solve the case and bring their loved one home.

The search for Nancy Guthrie has drawn widespread attention as friends, colleagues and viewers rally behind the family, amplifying their message and hoping for a positive resolution in the weeks ahead.
