Cardi B has officially introduced the world to her newborn son, her fourth child and her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs. Earlier this month, the rapper announced his arrival in her signature bold style, and now—nearly a week later—she has shared the first photos of her baby boy on Instagram, marking a tender new chapter in her life.
On Wednesday, November 19, the I Like It hitmaker posted a carousel of intimate images. The first showed Cardi holding her sleeping newborn in her arms, dressed in a blue outfit as she sat next to a large elephant-shaped plush toy. Her baby boy, cradled lovingly, was wrapped in a New England Patriots swaddle and capped with matching team gear—a nod to Diggs, who plays wide receiver for the team. Cardi also included a photo from the hospital shortly after giving birth, capturing herself, Stefon, and their son together. She kept her baby’s identity private by blurring his face. Other images in the set showed Cardi snuggling with her little one and a close-up of his tiny form in the themed swaddle. In her caption, she appeared to reveal his birthdate, simply writing “11/4” alongside teddy bear, heart, and football emojis.
Cardi previously confirmed her pregnancy in September, sharing that she and Diggs began dating shortly after she ended her seven-year relationship with Offset. Speaking to Gayle King on CBS Mornings, she expressed joy and peace about this new phase of her life, saying, “I’m excited. I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space.” The couple went public with their relationship in June through Instagram.
