Jungkook’s Solo Success Continues: Rolling Stone Feature Ahead of BTS Comeback!

Jungkook shines in his booming solo career as he lands Rolling Stone’s December cover and reunites with Jimin for a new travel docuseries premiering December 3.

As BTS prepares for a spectacular comeback next year, the group’s youngest member continues to shine brightly on his own. Jungkook, widely known as the “Golden Maknae,” is reaching new heights in his solo career and is now set to grace the cover of a major international magazine.

Rolling Stone announced that Jungkook will headline its December issue in a global exclusive featured across its editions in Japan, Korea, the UK, India, Brazil, the Philippines, France, and China. The highly anticipated print release will include three special variant covers available in Japan, Korea, and the UK. News of his feature spread quickly, sparking excitement across social media and among the BTS ARMY worldwide.

A teaser cover released by Rolling Stone showcased Jungkook in an oversized brown suit, confidently revealing his sculpted abs. His intense gaze and striking pose immediately captivated fans, generating massive buzz ahead of the full cover reveal on December 8. “As 21st-century pop icons BTS prepare for lift-off, member Jungkook speaks to Rolling Stone in a global exclusive,” the magazine announced, urging fans to stay tuned for the unveiling of the print editions.

This feature follows an extraordinary year for Jungkook as a solo artist. His 2023 debut single Seven broke digital streaming records, surpassing 2.5 billion streams on Spotify as of August—an achievement that made it the first K-pop track to reach this milestone, overtaking BTS’s own Dynamite. Collectively, Jungkook’s solo releases have exceeded 9.4 billion streams, cementing his status as the most-streamed K-pop soloist in history.
