In a video that TMZ procured, Katy Perry is seen intensely in conversation with Trudeau, leaning forward intently across the table. An onlooker said the two seemed relaxed and at ease, enjoying cocktails and tasting gourmet foods, including a lobster dish. Unobtrusive security guards hung about at the bar, eyeing the scene via mirrored glass while remaining in the background.
The evening didn’t end with dinner. Both Perry and Trudeau reportedly took time to visit the kitchen afterward, personally thanking the chef and restaurant staff for their experience.
