North West made another eye catching appearance at Paris Fashion Week with a bold new look that quickly became a talking point on social media. The 13 year old attended the Vetements Menswear Spring Summer 2027 show wearing several faux facial piercings that added to her signature edgy style. Videos and photos from the event showed North confidently arriving at the fashion show with accessories that included a faux piercing on the bridge of her nose, two small studs on her cheek below one eye, and two angel bite style piercings on her upper lip.
North paired the faux piercings with her well known blue wig, which she wore in a half up, half down hairstyle. She completed her outfit with a long sleeved black top, a matching black mini tennis skirt, black tights, and chunky black combat boots. Her look reflected the bold fashion choices she has become known for over the past few years.
This is not the first time North has experimented with dramatic fashion. Earlier this year, she appeared in her music video titled #n0rth4evr wearing a similar style with several faux facial piercings placed around her eyes. The look also included heavy eye makeup, fingerless black and white striped gloves, stacked metal spike bracelets, a spiked skirt, high top combat boots, and a long decorated manicure. She completed that appearance with a blue wig and a black headband featuring a chain with a heart shaped pendant.

In February, North also revealed that she had added more hand piercings to the ones she already had. According to reports, she now has additional spike and ball style piercings on both hands along with what appears to be a flat piercing on the outside of her left wrist. Her interest in piercings and tattoos has also been reflected in her music. In the song “Piercing on My Hand (Ye’s version),” a collaboration with her father Kanye West, she raps, “Piercing on my hand, the other holding bands” and “I’m not sure I’m crazy I want more piercings and tats I love blue hair put it in some plaits.”
While some people have criticised North’s fashion choices because of her age, her mother Kim Kardashian has publicly supported her creativity. Speaking on the podcast Call Her Daddy, Kim said, “You know, [expressing herself] makes [North] so happy. I would never take that creativity away from her.” Her comments highlighted that she sees fashion and personal style as a way for North to express herself creatively
