Highly-anticipated, second season of the crime thriller, Paatal Lok, is to hit screens in this January. Jaideep Ahlawat, Ishwak Singh, Tillotama Shome, and Gul Panag are in lead roles in this. The second season’s trailer was launched on January 6, 2025. With this, one can catch the dark and scintillating investigation, in which Delhi Police takes an entirely unknown journey into Nagaland against a backdrop of suspense and danger.
The 2-minute, 42-second trailer starts with the rugged and determined cop, Hathi Ram Chaudhary, played by Jaideep Ahlawat, engaged in a violent scuffle. The plot then unfolds with police investigating a murder that leads them into uncharted territory in search of truth in a place replete with darkness and mystery. Fans are already taken aback by the trailer of Ishwak Singh, Tillotama Shome, and Gul Panag.
Fans flooded social media with praise. Comments ranged from admiration for Ahlawat’s portrayal of Hathi Ram to excitement about the show’s darker tone. One fan wrote, “From talking about 3 lok in the first season to being the permanent resident of Paatal Lok, inspector Hathi Ram Chaudhary has sure come a long way,” while another added, “Excellent trailer.
