Priyanka Chopra Jonas recently celebrated her husband Nick Jonas’s latest achievement as his film The Good Half made its OTT debut on Hulu. Taking to Instagram Stories, she reposted the movie’s poster, tagging Nick and Hulu to share the excitement. Earlier, she had praised the film’s emotional depth and Nick’s performance when the trailer dropped, calling him “phenomenal.”
The Good Half, directed by Robert Schwartzman, is Nick’s first lead role in a film. The drama also stars Brittany Snow, David Arquette, and others. It premiered at the Tribeca Festival in June 2023 and hit theaters in July 2024 before arriving on streaming.
Meanwhile, Priyanka is filming season two of Citadel and reflected on her long association with the project, which began in 2018, before her marriage to Nick. She called the show’s global storytelling approach deeply gratifying. Besides Citadel, Priyanka has upcoming projects like Heads of State and The Bluff.
In other news, Subhash Ghai announced that for Aitraaz 2 he has teamed up again with Amit Rai, who has previously delivered the blockbuster Oh My God 2. “This is an important script from Amit Rai. The development took three years and it has another bold subject which reflects relationships and changing values of today’s world,” said Ghai in describing the story of Aitraaz 2, which explores a new relevant aspect of modern relationships.
Meanwhile, the followers of Aitraaz, and particularly fans who appreciated Priyanka Chopra’s performance in the 2004 film, are looking forward to knowing more updates as Ghai vows that this sequel is going to be more impactful.
