Shreya Kalra emerged as the winner of Lock Upp Sach Ya Sazaa, taking home the winner’s trophy along with prize money of Rs 1 crore. Actress Shivangi Joshi finished as the first runner up, while reality show contestant Yogesh Rawat secured the position of second runner up. The grand finale was packed with emotional moments, surprising eliminations, and intense questioning by a jury that included media professionals and actors. Their opinions played an important role in deciding the final winner.
The biggest surprise of the finale came when two of the strongest contestants, Ram Kapoor and Shilpa Shinde, failed to make it to the top three. The top five finalists, Ram Kapoor, Shilpa Shinde, Shreya Kalra, Shivangi Joshi, and Yogesh Rawat, first competed in a puzzle task. The contestant with the highest number of incorrect puzzle pieces would be eliminated. Ram Kapoor lost the challenge and was evicted in fifth place.
The remaining four contestants then faced another task to secure a place in the top three. Yogesh Rawat and the others had to convince fellow contestants to choose one of several boxes, one of which contained a “terminated” card. Using smart strategy, the contestants managed to influence Shilpa Shinde into selecting the box with the termination card, leading to her eviction in fourth place.
The top three finalists then answered tough questions from the media and the actors’ jury. Yogesh Rawat was criticised for his attitude and behaviour during the show. Shivangi Joshi was questioned about allegedly manipulating Harshad Chopda and taking away his opportunity to become a finalist. Shreya Kalra received praise for her gameplay but also faced questions about accusing Ram Kapoor of making her uncomfortable. She was also criticised for her language and some of her comments during the season.
Influencer Awez Darbar confronted Shreya over claims that she had influenced her former partner to make certain statements about him during Bigg Boss 19. He said that because of those claims, his public image suffered and he had to repeatedly answer questions and offer clarifications after the show. Actress Mannara Chopra also questioned Shivangi Joshi about her equation with Harshad Chopda.

After the jury voting, Yogesh Rawat was eliminated, leaving Shreya Kalra and Shivangi Joshi as the final two contestants. The winner was chosen through votes from former contestants, the jury, and the jailers. After receiving the highest number of votes, Ekta Kapoor announced Shreya Kalra as the winner of Lock Upp Sach Ya Sazaa.
Shreya entered the show with the image of being “badtameez” and quickly became one of the most talked about contestants after her argument with Ram Kapoor during the premiere. She had very few close friends in the house and was often involved in conflicts with contestants such as Akanksha Choudhary, Yogesh Rawat, Shivangi Joshi, and Harshad Chopda. She also faced criticism after revealing Akanksha Chamola’s secret without permission. Despite the controversies, Shreya continued to speak her mind, stayed confident throughout the competition, and remained a dominant player. Many viewers even referred to the reality show as the Shreya Kalra Show because of her strong presence. Her determined journey finally ended with her lifting the Lock Upp Sach Ya Sazaa trophy.
