Salman Khan and Sohail Khan have done quite a few films together in the past. Now Khan brothers are coming together yet again in the film TUBELIGHT as Bharat and Laxman!

During the press conference of TUBELIGHT trailer launch, when asked Sohail about his onscreen equation with brother Salman, he replied in the quirkiest way, “It was a no-brainer for me to say yes to the film as it had Salman and Kabir on board. Our last film together was GOD TUSSI GREAT HO, so whatever we chose next had to be magical and fortunately we got TUBELIGHT.”

To which Salman mocked at their films together and added, “I and Sohail have done some amazing films together like MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA?, VEER.”

Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala is making her comeback with DEAR MAYA and one can’t wait to see 90’s beauty back on screen weaving some magic yet again.

Manisha has had a huge filmography with massive fan following. The actress was on the top of her game for more than two decades and then came the turning point in her life as she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

We have heard many actors speaking their heart out giving motivational insights about their life at the TED talk, much recently it was Shah Rukh Khan and now we saw Manisha Koirala in her latest TEDx Talk in Jaipur where opened on her soul-stirring experience and how life changed completely after she faced the deadly disease. We are aware Karan Johar is absolutely close to Shah Rukh and Gauri’s family and considers their kids as his own son and daughter.

Very much as expected and predicted, SACHIN: A BILLION DREAMS, opened to a great response of 35-40 percent, and that despite being a docu-feature. The film is expected to end up with a good weekend haul.

The other major release, which came from Hollywood, PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: SALZAR’S REVENGE, had to play second fiddle to Sachin’s star power, managing 25-30 percent start.

Meanwhile, last week’s major release, Irrfan Khan’s HINDI MEDIUM, which saw a reasonable weekend (12 crore) managed a rock steady weekday run and ended the  first week netting around 24 crore,  which given the moderate budget, makes the film a clean success, and may even be be hit, depending on the second week run.

The other release of the same week, Arjun-Shreya’s HALF GIRLFRIEND, faltered after a good opening weekend (32 crore), ending up netting 48 crore (to be validated) during the first week  from India,  and the best case scenario (given the high involved costs) is likely to be an average status for the Mohit Suri diected venture.

Concluding with  the S.S. Rajamouli directed BAAHUBALI 2 : THE CONCLUSION, the film added another 30 crore  and has thus netted 488 crore (to be validated) in four weeks from India. The biggest all time blockbuster is now looking at an astonishing and unbelievable 500 crore from India, and that just from the Hindi version.

Salman Khan is a superstar and there is no doubt about it. He is a successful actor, producer and  has achieved name, fame and everything. 

However whenever there are some ups and downs in Bhai’s life he overcomes all with ease.

During TUBELIGHT promotions at media interactions on being asked what does he want to achieve next in life?  the actor modestly replied, “I am not a successful actor yet. I have lived my life moment to moment.

So I always try to do my best, as I want that whatever I do next is better than my previous work. That's what I think.”

As the tagline of the film TUBELIGHT says 'Kya tumhein yakeen hai?' so when asked Salman what does he do when he feels low in his personal or professional life to which he replied, “Whenever I feel low, I open my door, come out and see my watchman, drivers, the security boys, I stand there for 5 minutes and I go inside happy.

I just imagine they are still smiling out there, irrespective of their jobs and the salaries they get.

They are laughing and joking and I in my position feel low just because a film didn't do well? I then tell myself to go inside and chill instead.”

Well,now we know what keeps Sallu bhai going no matter what.

Right from the day of its announcement Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s PADMAVATI has been grabbing headlines for all sorts of reasons.

Earlier Bhansali was manhandled on the film’s Jaipur sets by a local political group later fire broke down at the Kolhapur set of the film. And now its lead actor Ranveer Singh injured himself while shooting for the film

While shooting the climax of the film, Ranveer injured himself on the head. The injury needed immediate medical attention but the actor didn’t let this interfere with the shoot.

A source close to the actor said, “Ranveer hurt himself on the head while shooting for the film during a particular take but he was so engrossed in the performance that he did not realize it till cut was called it's only after he started bleeding profusely from the head after cut was called did everyone realize that he was hurt badly.

Ranveer received initial first aid on the set and was rushed immediately to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment. He completed the basic treatment and returned to the film's set to complete his portions of the shoot.'

Despite the injury, after walking out of the hospital Ranveer Singh was back in his elements. Our lensman caught him on airport in this trendy outfit and Ranveer was seen posing for the shutterbugs in his usual swag.

Well, we hope that the actor recovers at the earliest and there are no further more casualties.

After much speculation regarding who will be launching Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan, finally it’s confirmed that Sara will be making her Bollywood debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput.

In an interview to India Today director Abhishek Kapoor confirmed that Sara Ali Khan will be making her debut opposite Sushant Singh in his directorial KEDARNATH.

Earlier there were speculations that Sara will be making her debut with Karan Johar’s film and also there were rumours that she will be starring opposite Hrithik in her debut film. But now with this confirmation from Abhishek Kapoor all these rumours will be put to rest.

The trailer launch of TUBELIGHT last evening was a grand affair, wherein everyone from the media was very excited about finally watching the trailer.

The Audi was jam-packed with media and fans waiting to witness the trailer and after hours of waiting Bhai came along with his brother Sohail and director Kabir Khan.

But before unveiling the trailer Salman Khan got bit emotional as he reminisced the moments he had spent with late Om Puri while shooting for this film. Making everyone sad with a heartwarming speech, the host decided to show the trailer eventually.

As soon as the trailer began media and fans started hooting every time they saw Salman on screen.

After that media interactive session began post which the press conference ended.

However we wonder why the portion of Shah Rukh Khan was not part of the trailer shown to the media where as in the official trailer does has a glimpse of King Khan’s silhouette.

Was this done deliberately so that all the media attention at the trailer launch event would be strictly on Salman and his brother Sohail.

But SRK being part of this film is a known fact so why was he chopped out of the trailer shown to the media?

Only the makers can answer this question.

Nevertheless we are super excited about Salman and Shah Rukh Khan coming together yet again and we are looking forward to the film’s release.
