The actor’s lawyer stressed that while Jyoti continues to make emotional appeals on social media — including a live video from Pawan’s residence where she asserted her marital rights — the matter is sub judice. “Just saying something doesn’t make it so. The court will decide based on facts and Pawan Singh’s financial status,” the lawyer said, urging that such personal matters should not be turned into media spectacles.
The lawyer also remarked that both parties should consider resolving the issue amicably. “After so much public drama and insult, who would want to stay?” he added. While Jyoti continues to assert her rights, sources close to Pawan suggest that the actor is unwilling to compromise, making reconciliation unlikely.
