The long wait for audiences is finally coming to an end as the much-loved Kurale brothers return to the big screen. Packed with the same enthusiasm, humour, and chaos that made it a fan favourite, Punha Ekda Sade Made Teen is all set to entertain audiences once again. The makers have officially announced the film’s theatrical release, bringing cheer to fans who have been eagerly awaiting its arrival.
The new release date was announced on the occasion of director Ankush Chaudhary’s birthday, making the moment even more special. After a brief postponement, audiences can now gear up to relive the madness, confusion, and laughter that the Kurale brothers are known for, as the film hits theatres on February 13.
Punha Ekda Sade Made Teen revolves around the lives of four men with completely different personalities—Ratan, Madan, Chandan, and Baban. What begins as everyday situations soon spirals into a series of misunderstandings and unexpected twists. Small issues snowball into major confusion, creating a chain reaction of humorous situations that form the heart of the film. The story thrives on chaos, timing, and character-driven comedy, promising wholesome entertainment.
Adding a fresh twist to the narrative is the entry of Rinku Rajguru, whose character brings an unexpected turn in the lives of the four men. Her arrival disrupts their already tangled lives, leading to even bigger confusion. Why she enters their world and how her presence turns everything upside down is a mystery that unfolds only on the big screen. Her role acts as a catalyst, amplifying the humour while pushing the story into unpredictable territory.
Each character brings a unique flavour to the film—Baban’s mischief, Madan’s comic timing, Chandan’s innocence, and Ratan’s tough, no-nonsense attitude combine to recreate the magic that audiences loved in the earlier instalment. Their chemistry and contrasting personalities are central to the film’s appeal, ensuring laughter at every turn.
Speaking about the release decision, producer Amey Khopkar of Amey Vinod Khopkar Pictures explained the reason behind the postponement. He shared that the untimely demise of respected leader Ajitdada Pawar had cast a shadow of grief across Maharashtra. Given the sensitivity of the moment, the team felt it was inappropriate to celebrate or proceed with a festive release at that time. Keeping public sentiment in mind, the makers chose to delay the film’s release.
Khopkar further added that the revised release date was carefully chosen to ensure it did not affect other films at the box office. He expressed confidence that audiences would appreciate and understand the decision, which was taken with empathy and respect.
The film boasts a stellar ensemble cast featuring Ashok Saraf, Bharat Jadhav, Makarand Anaspure, Siddharth Jadhav, and Rinku Rajguru in lead roles, with Sanjay Narvekar making a special guest appearance. The project is presented by Sushilkumar Agarwal and Ultra Media and Entertainment, along with Usha Kakade Productions and EOD.
Produced by Media For Instance and released in association with Amey Vinod Khopkar Pictures, the film is directed by Ankush Chaudhary. Producers include Usha Kakade, Pushkar Yawalkar, Sudhir Kolte, Swati Khopkar, and Ninad Nandkumar Battin. Mohsin Khan, Yashraj Tilekar, Saurabh Lalwani, and Dhanvik Entertainment serve as co-producers, with Smith Peter Telgote as associate producer. Renowned cinematographer Sanjay Jadhav handles the film’s visuals.
With its blend of nostalgia, comedy, and fresh twists, Punha Ekda Sade Made Teen promises a laughter-filled cinematic experience when it arrives in theatres on February 13.
