Television actress Pavitra Punia, famous for TV shows such as Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi, has gone public with her engagement to an unknown man. On Wednesday, she shared the good news with fans on Instagram, posting a series of romantic photographs of a beachside proposal.
“Locked in love made it official. #pavitrapunia soon to be Mrs. __ #NS,” she wrote in the caption, not revealing the name of her fiancé.
The first image is of her fiancé on one knee, proposing to Pavitra with a ring, and then tender moments of the couple hugging after she accepted. Interestingly, all the photos are strategically clicked to conceal her fiancé’s face, keeping his identity anonymous.
Pavitra recently revealed in an interview about her new relationship, where she shared that she has fallen in love again following her breakup with Bigg Boss 14 co-star and actor Eijaz Khan. The two were engaged and in a relationship for almost three years before breaking up in 2023.
Looking back at the split, Pavitra had earlier stated, “Our thoughts did not match. You do a lot, but even after years, if your thoughts don’t match, it’s better to leave than remain in a complex relationship.”

Speaking about her new partner, she shared, “He is a businessman from the USA, not at all from the acting world. He’s a wonderful, kind person. We’ve been going steady for some time now, and it just feels right.”
Pavitra also said that she was going to be celebrating Diwali this year overseas with her fiancé and his family, ushering in a new chapter in her life—a one that she’s reserving as private but accepting joyfully and lovingly.
