Southern siren Taapsee Pannu, who believes in versatility, charmed us with her girl-next door role in CHASHME BADDOOR and surprised everyone with her tough avatar in BABY. “As an actor you have to be flexible and it’s also exciting to live so many characters in one life! How long you will take the same path? You have to tread a different route someday,” says Taapsee.

Ask if she is also game for doing bold roles and look sexy on-screen, considering her spunky image, and Taapsee says, “Like south, glamour quotient is equally high in Bollywood. Of course I am ready. If am doing a romantic film bold scenes are naturally part of it. I cannot filter the roles. Otherwise you are making fool out of yourself. Love has grown and it cannot happen without passion. It has to be shown practical. I don’t have qualms in doing it.”
“Who says that chirpy and bubbly can’t be sexy? Who doesn’t want to look good on-screen?” she adds.
Besides, Taapsee is currently working on some unusual films like RUNNING SHAADI.COM and AGRA KA DABRA.
