The latest heartthrob of Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput is gearing up for his next DETECTIVE BYOMKESH BAKSHY. However, he wasn’t aware about a kissing scene in the film and quite surprisingly Dibakar too hid it from the actor.
At the launch of the second trailer with filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee, Sushant revealed, “Dibakar played a very good game with me, which eventually turned out very bad for me. He guided me for a scene. I wasn’t aware that ‘Anguri devi’ (played by Swastika Mukherjee) was going to kiss me. Dibakar didn’t tell me that there is a kissing scene, & I was not prepared for it.”
Sushant added further, “And the best part was that Byomkesh also did not know about what was going to happen to him in the scene. So I think it was precisely the reason why he did it. The first take happened, I reacted the way my character was supposed to and sir got his take. He didn’t even tell me that he did get that take. He was like- ‘ok was it like that?’ She kissed. No problem’.”

A faithful boyfriend Sushant then called up Ankita. He shared, “Whenever I get a script, I call up Ankita & tell her that I’m going to be doing this scene in the movie, so that she is mentally prepared for what’s coming. Even after giving the take, I dialed Ankita & told her about what happened. I told her that you needn’t worry.”
Sushant reacted on catching the scene in the trailer, ''The scene is there in the trailer. When I saw that, I looked at Dibakar and asked him- what is this?''
