No matter what world speculate or tittle-tattle about Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan‘s relations with his contemporaries, he always stood by his compatriots in the times of need/agony.
After expressing his deep grief for late superstar Rajesh Khanna, Big B’s heart is filled to see his friend-cum-colleague, Shatrughan Sinha in hospital. Recently Big B and his wife Jaya Bachchan even paid a visit to ailing Shatrughan Sinha, who underwent bypass surgery.

He wrote on his blog, “When we learn of another colleague, Shatrughan Sinha in hospital with a by-pass heart surgery. Jaya and I immediately go and visit him. He has done well and so have the doctors and he remains in his room, out of the ICU, chatting dime a dozen with his humor in tact ! So reassuring. Watching colleagues in hospital beds, suffering and in medical condition is disturbing. But Shatru is in good spirits, as he always is, talking nonstop and showing no signs of the trauma he has been through. Thank God!!”

He even took to twitter to write about Shatrughan’s surgery and hinted that his son Abhishek Bachchan will soon pay a visit to Shatrughan in hospital.
He tweeted, “Shatrughan surgery was sudden, developed breathlessness and rushed. Not ethical to talk details of ailment, but he permitted me! He has watched ‘Guru’ on the DvD in his room … twice … and sends his greetings to Abhishek. They shall visit him in a day.”
Big B and Shatrughan almost started their career together and worked in the films like BOMBAY TO GOA, KAALA PATTHAR, NASEEB.
“Shatrughan and I started together almost in the Industry .. he being 4 years younger ! Was his usual humorous talkative self ..MHRW,” Big B tweeted.
