After a stupendous opening week of around 106 crore (to be validated), the Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer, YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI, saw a fantastic second weekend, thereby netting in excess of 130 crore in 10-days from India.

With the major new release of last Friday, the three Deol starrer, YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA 2, doing strongly only in the North and Central India, it is not really challenging YJHD at an all India level and even at good multiplexes. And so, the Ranbir-Deepika starrer is more or less certain to cross 150 crore from India, by the third weekend, if not at the end of second week itself!

What must also be making all those associated with YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI ecstatic is the fact that the film is doing great business in all the overseas (An estimated $3m, just from US!) circuits as well.
