Ranbir Kapoor is definitely taking a cue from Aamir Khan’s school of marketing and promotion. While the ‘perfectionist Khan’ has successfully attempted different approaches (shaved head, disappearing act, disguises etc.) of creating a buzz around his films, Ranbir is also bringing on the momentum in the last leg of his film’s promotion.

For BESHARAM, he is urging his fans to dress up like his character ‘Babli’ in the film and is meeting the ones who successfully manage to do that.

“Ranbir is now back in India and currently visiting various cities to promote BESHARAM. Since his dress up in the film is quite whacky and that of a street ‘tapori’, he wants a similar connect from his fans as well,” informs a source, “Those who will be dressed up like him will be the lucky ones to get a chance to personally meet him when he is in their city for promotions.”
Since the film is ready for release in the middle of next week (Wednesday, 2nd October), guess his fans would have to hurry!
