The Godman returns! Aashram Season 3 Part 2 teaser: Bobby Deol reprises his role as the ruthless Baba Nirala

The gripping crime drama series by Prakash Jha Aashram Season 3 is gearing up for its much-awaited second part-the dark journey of Baba Nirala, played by Bobby Deol. With the teaser for this new part coming out recently, a new frenzy for the fans is expected since they have raised the stakes and darkness.

The first part of Season 3, which was released back in June 2022, kept the audience glued to their seats as Baba Nirala manipulates young women seeking blessings at his ashram. The stakes keep rising as the heat is turned up, but the narrative thickens when Baba Nirala has to reckon with the retribution. The teaser seems to give an indication of a new target ahead for Baba Nirala, though this time, things won’t be as easy for him; he might have even made vengeful plans in order to expose Baba Nirala’s true self.

This season resumes from the shocking cliffhanger, where Baba Nirala-evolving into his true form-deploys his powerful contacts in order to manipulate the court case in his favor, resulting in sending Pammi (Aaditi Pohankar) to jail. Ironically, Baba Nirala organizes a satsang in jail, meets Pammi, persuades the DIG to dismiss the charges against her, and brings her back to the ashram. Pammi-Aaditi-and-Baba Nirala-regains control over here and eventually derides the dichotomy by feigning having moved on but truly seething from a burning desire for vengeance against those responsible for her mother’s death during her incarceration.

Pammi, with a full-blown vendetta on her hands, starts playing games against Bhopa (Chandan Roy Sanyal), creating rifts between him and Baba Nirala. Allying with Baba Nirala all of the time, Pammi turns his obtuseness into an advantage for her as she even gets in on a telltale video that she presents in court to undermine Baba Nirala’s previous claims of impotence.
