Taylor Swift Makes First Solo Wedding Appearance After Marrying Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift attended a close friend’s wedding in England without Travis Kelce, showing off her wedding ring while stunning in an elegant dark blue gown.

Taylor Swift stepped out without her husband Travis Kelce to attend the wedding of recording engineers Oli Jacobs and Laura Sisk in England. According to photos from the event, the singer proudly displayed her engagement ring and gold wedding band while celebrating with the couple and other guests. The intimate wedding took place at Real World Studios on Saturday and brought together several people from Swift’s music circle.

Swift appeared happy and relaxed as she spoke with the bride and groom before chatting with other guests at the celebration. The singer looked elegant in a dark blue Arcangela appliqué tulle gown designed by Costarellos. The dress reportedly costs $2,836 and featured detailed gold embroidery along with a plunging neckline. She completed the look with a pearl necklace, a Cartier Love Unlimited bracelet and her signature red lipstick.

The singer also showed off her new hairstyle, wearing her freshly cut hair in soft waves with a side part. Swift’s appearance quickly attracted attention, particularly because it was another public outing following her reported wedding to Kelce.

Several other music stars were also present at the celebration, including Sabrina Carpenter, Jack Antonoff and Phoebe Bridgers. Kelce was not at the wedding as he was preparing for another NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs. The football star was involved in the Chiefs’ preseason opener against the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday.

The wedding was especially meaningful for Swift because Sisk has been an important collaborator in her music career. The recording engineer has worked with Swift and Jack Antonoff on several projects, including songs from her 1989 album. Sisk also worked on Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore, Midnights and The Tortured Poets Department.

Sisk was also involved in several of Swift’s re recorded albums after the singer’s former label sold the rights to her first six studio albums in 2019. Swift later regained control of her music catalogue after reportedly purchasing her masters in a major deal.

Swift and Kelce have largely kept a low profile since getting married at a star studded ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3. They later appeared together as newlyweds at the wedding of former Chiefs player JuJu Smith Schuster and Laura Kruk.

While the couple has mostly stayed away from the spotlight, Kelce recently opened up about his wedding day during a Chiefs press conference. He described it as the “best night of [his] life” and thanked everyone who joined them for the celebration.

Swift’s latest appearance showed that she is continuing to enjoy her new married life while also making time for the close friends and collaborators who have been part of her journey.
