In a conversation with Indian Express, Chum expressed her desire to get married and start a family. “I want to get married and have kids also. I don’t want to be very old when my baby is born. But I don’t know now if I will marry the guy my parents choose or the one that I choose,” she said.

Chum Darang and Karan Veer Mehra shared a close bond in the Bigg Boss 18 house, leading to frequent romantic speculations. When asked about their relationship status post-show, Chum told News18 Showsha, “This friendship will go on. Hum logo ne sirf ghar ke andar ke liye friendship nahi banaya hai, definitely. The friendship will continue outside the house also.” When pressed further about romantic involvement, she laughed and replied, “I don’t know that.”

Recently, Chum and Karan celebrated Valentine’s Day together, further fueling dating rumors. Prior to this, Karan shared a series of romantic pictures with Chum on his X (formerly Twitter) account, where he held her close as they posed for the camera. In one of the photos, Chum appeared to kiss Karan’s forehead.
